RESPONSIBILITIES:
Generating revenue by developing market potential through lead generation, networking, recommending products/services, and sales of professional services including payroll, HR, Worker’s Compensation, Benefits, Regulatory compliance, an administrative solutions.
Collect prospect information for the purposes of underwriting and pricing.
Deliver solutions to identify prospect’s business deficiencies
Developing referrals through client relationships and Networking events
Developing sales strategies, techniques, and tactics based on customer feedback and the market environment.
Collaborating with management to achieve monthly sales targets with close attention to increasing market share and key account growth.
Develop and attain annual business plans
Display technical selling skills and knowledge of the company’s product offerings, allowing for effective presentation of the company’s HR Management System
Participate and contribute to the development of educational programs offered by prospects, clients, and company employees.
QUALIFICATIONS
Effectively hold business conversations with business owners and company key decision makers
6 months minimum sales experience REQUIRED – preferably in a payroll / HR environment

• Resolves payroll related issues and questions.

Create and support micro-sites or landing pages related to company events and special focus areas
QUALIFICATIONS
Graphic design ability, familiarity with web infrastructure, attention to detail and deadlines, excellent communication, and problem solving are required skills
Creativity, attention to detail, and time management are critical to the job
Highly skilled at coding and troubleshooting HTML and managing CSS
Hands-on experience with Flash and graphic design using the tools in Adobe Creative Suite
2+ years experience working with new media maintaining and developing corporate/small business web sites
Proven history of being able to work under pressure, multi-task, and to meet deadlines
Detail-oriented approach to managing work

Job Duties:
Provides guidance and service, focusing on liability management including performance measurement review, referrals to internal EEO Compliance Specialists, employee counseling, policy development and administration, and terminations, securing internal legal input as required.

Job Requirements:
BA/BS degree required.
